CONTEST RULES AND GUIDELINES

The contest is offered to Hawaii resident students in the following age categories:
- 6-9
- 10-12
- 13-15
- 16 – 18
Only one entry per student will be accepted.

Artwork must be mailed or hand-delivered to:

- Student name and age
- Student school
- Name of educator
- Name of parent/guardian
- Contact email and phone for adult contact

Artwork must be:
- Two dimensional
- 11”x17” in size
- Created using the following mediums:
- Graphite
- Colored pencils
- Paints
- Crayons
- Markers
- Not allowed:
- Pastels
- Photography
- 3D objects or collages
- Computer generated imagery
- Digital or electronic submissions
