Program Content:
- 10 minutes of out-of-water interactive educational lesson taught by our Education Specialists.
- 20 minutes of rotating dockside demonstrations with our dolphins where every student will touch a dolphin.
- Age-appropriate content and includes a conservation component.
- Aligns with grade-level Next Generation Science Standards.
Program Pricing:
- $20/student.
- Grants are available.
Program Logistics:
- This program is for students under the age of 5.
- Can accommodate between 10-15 students at one time.
- Includes a digital group photo of students with the dolphin.
- Life jackets are provided for all students which must be worn on the docks.
- Bathrooms, outdoor showers, and changing rooms onsite.
- Schools are required to coordinate their own transportation to and from Dolphin Quest.
- When utilizing buses or vans, advanced notice is required to inform you of parking location.
Booking Process:
- Field trip availability varies from September through May each year.
- Field trips are conducted from 10:00am-10:30am.
- To schedule a Little Flippers Field Trip, please fill out the Field Trip Request Form and a Dolphin Quest Education Specialist will follow up with you.
